1. ​Choose a strong reference photo: Select a clear, high-quality image with good lighting and visible details. Close-up photos work best, as they allow for more accuracy and expression in the final painting.

2. Send your photo and location via email: Email your chosen image along with any brief notes or preferences, and include your delivery address or location so I can calculate accurate shipping costs.

3. Receive size, pricing, and shipping options: Once I’ve reviewed your photo and location, I will share the available size options, pricing, shipping fee, and estimated turnaround time for you to choose from.

4. Confirm your preferred option: Select the size and option that works best for you.

5. Secure your order: A 50% deposit is required to begin, and is only made after you’ve confirmed your preferred size.

6. Work complete: You will receive photos and a video of the finished painting for review. Once you’re happy, you can accept the final artwork and make the remaining payment.

7. Packaging and shipping: Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
